The State of Alzheimer’s Clinical Trials in the US

The only way to find treatments and cures for Alzheimer’s disease is through clinical trials. In the US, there are more than 100 Alzheimer’s disease clinical trials. According to the 2016 Harris Poll undertaken by GAP, 60% of Americans report that they are definitely willing or would consider participation in Alzheimer’s disease clinical trials. but participation rates show that less than 10% are actually doing so

There is a systematic need to educate Americans about the availability of clinical trials to encourage participation.

Award Sponsorship

GAP is presently seeking award sponsorship to cover all expenses of the Citizen Scientist Award & Citizen Researcher Award. There is significant sponsorship value from underwriting this first-of-its-kind award in the Alzheimer’s clinical trials space.
