Conference Speaker Submission Form
Thank you for being a speaker for the 2024 GAP-Net Site Optimization Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana! There are so many exciting possibilities in the future of Alzheimer’s research. The GAP conference is the largest gathering of clinical trials sites in the US, or maybe more. We invite at least one representative from each of our over 100 North American sites to attend, and many send multiple staff. The sites, a mix of leading private and academic sites, convene to talk with and listen to each other, our sponsors and allies to strategize on breaking down barriers to recruitment, challenges to randomizations and how we can leverage our collective experiences to improve and accelerate the research.
We are thrilled to have so many subject matter experts willing to share their knowledge with the network at large, and we thank you for agreeing to be one!
As a way to gather information to include on printed and digital materials, including our conference app Whova, we are asking you to submit the below information.
Please submit the required information below.
Information not provided will be omitted from materials. Note: the information from your submission will be taken as provided by you. Please make sure you take some time to read your submission thoroughly to ensure that the information is updated and accurate. We CANNOT guarantee that your slides, should your moderator allow them, will be able to be switched in the days leading up to the conference.
We thank you again for sharing your expertise with GAP-Net sites, sponsors, and our allies as we seek to move the neurodegenerative disease needle forward.
If you have any questions, issues, or concerns please email Meetings@GlobalAlzPlatform.org OR your panel moderator.
