Showcase on Bio-Hermes Data Challenge and Poster Presentation to Take Place at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC)

Featured Research Presentation
- What: With the Scottish Funding Council’s Brain Health Alliance for Research Challenges (ARC), and support from the Alzheimer’s Disease Data Initiative, GAP President John Dwyer will be presenting in a Featured Research Session on the first-of-its-kind Bio-Hermes-001 Biomarker Data Challenge. The presentation is entitled, “The Scottish Bio-Hermes Data Challenge: Democratizing Dementia Data.”

As background, the research competition was launched in February of 2024 to allow researchers early access to GAP’s Bio-Hermes-001 biomarker dataset, the most comprehensive set of dementia biomarker data from ground-breaking early blood and digital testing studies for Alzheimer’s disease. With an unprecedented timeline, more than 40 research teams rose to the challenge, and four winners were unveiled at the Data Challenge Summit in March 2025.
