A Client Engagement Manager with Homewell, Patrick is also one of the founders of the Silver Sneakers program which is a fitness and wellness program offered at no additional cost to seniors 65+ on eligible Medicare plans that helps them to get active, get fit, and connect with others. Patrick participates in events with Axiom and has held presentations as part of a Series for Staying Active in the community at the Hyde Park Methodist Church. Patrick understands the need for the community to understand their brain health and he is a great collaborator connecting Axiom with community partners to spread the word.
