Gabriela Robledo (Gabby) brings more than six years of clinical research experience, with a career shaped by both professional expertise and a deeply personal connection to advancing patient care.

Her passion for research grew while working on dialysis studies, where she supported clinical trials addressing challenges she had witnessed firsthand through her grandmother’s experience with dialysis. That connection gave new meaning to her work and strengthened her commitment to helping bring promising treatments and resources to the people who need them.

Drawing on a foundation in counseling and studies in ethics, Gabby brings a compassionate, culturally aware perspective to clinical research, with an emphasis on understanding and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities. Throughout her career, she has worked across clinical research, patient engagement, and community outreach, experiences that have reinforced her belief that meaningful research begins with the people and communities it is intended to serve.

In her current role with the Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation®, Gabby combines her clinical research experience with community outreach to expand awareness of brain health, strengthen community partnerships, and help make Alzheimer’s disease research more accessible to diverse populations. She is passionate about building trust, meeting people where they are, and creating meaningful connections between communities and opportunities to participate in research.
