Jim is a helper. He has dedicated his life to helping others, helping the community, and helping his country. If there were more people like Jim, we would have a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease. Jim has never participated in trials to help himself. His purpose has always been for the greater good. He has a love for science, his community and mankind. As a result of these traits, he has given himself fully and completely to assisting in finding a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease. Jim does not believe that contributing to the community, in this case Alzheimer’s research, is a choice but rather a responsibility. He lived his life helping others through serving in the Navy and then working in human resources where he encouraged people to be their best selves and to stand up for those less advantaged
