Hyde Park United Church is an extraordinary community partner. The church is very engaged in educating those with dementia by offering Caregivers Sanctuary to provide hope and relief to caregivers as well as education. For years they have partnered with Axiom Brain Health and they have graciously hosted the Fall Festival Health and Wellness Fair to encourage their congregation to get memory screens and learn more about dementia.
