Adriana Delgado is a Manager, Diversity and Community Outreach for GAP, part of the team of Community Connectors. Before joining the team at Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation®, she worked with the Office of Refugee and Resettlement to support the efforts of connecting children with family. She has extensive work with families in underserved communities and has worked in non-for-profit organizations supporting vulnerable individuals by connecting them to resources. Adriana has also led a Healthy for Life program sponsored by the American Heart Association where she worked with adults in underserved communities to promote a healthier lifestyle. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Social Work form Northeastern Illinois University and is currently working on obtaining her Master in Trauma Informed Leadership at Dominican University in Illinois. Adriana resides in Illinois.
