Paula is a Manager, DIversity and Community Outreach for GAP, part of the team of Commuity Connectors. Prior to working at GAP, she worked at a nonprofit organization which leads the homeless response system for the Central Florida area. In her role, she oversaw office & HR operations and worked on optimizing the system to equitably provide resources regardless of an individual’s age, race, gender, sexual orientation or ability. Paula has also lived in Jamaica and worked in the government and business sectors, where she focused on creating opportunities for economic stabilty . Paula is based in Florida.
